The Creative Director, Tony Bodinetz, suggested she try account handling instead. Suddenly, she felt at home, going on to work at Saatchi & Saatchi, WCR Abbott, Mead Vickers, DFGW and Banks, Hoggins, O’Shea.

This session deals with what they call the ‘soft skills’ (and could a name be more hilariously inappropriate?). This is the hard stuff – holding it together, brokering the peace, playing the diplomat whilst championing the idea. In this session you get a chance to look behind the scenes of all that, to consider the human element
and the psychology. Master the techniques that will help you to influence and inspire. And ultimately, to enjoy it too.
